WARRANTY
Futura roma products are covered by a
24-month calendar WARRANTY from the goods
delivery date, except as described below: the
warranty applies ONLY to products used in
suitable environments and in case of a
consistent use with their functionalities and
characteristics. Any improper or unsuitable use
of the products voids the WARRANTY. The warranty
does NOT cover wear and tear or normal
deterioration of the products due to non-use.
With the warranty obligation, the "Owners" of
Futura roma brand undertake to replace and/or
repair the defective and/or faulty product
without any further obligation of direct and/or
indirect damages compensation caused to the
Customer and/or third parties. The warranty for
manufacturing defects is subject to the products
return to the Owners' headquarters at the
Customer's expense. Any modification/repair
and/or replacement of parts made by the Customer
without the "Owners" authorization EXEMPTS
them from any civil and criminal liability,
invalidating the warranty.
It is noted that variations in color
and texture of the products are an integral part
of the refinement and beauty of the tanned
leather. Over time, leather tends to acquire a
patina and may even darken due to contact with
the wearer's skin and direct sunlight, thus
enhancing the natural appearance of leather
goods. The warranty does NOT cover damages
resulting from color transfer, fading due to
light, small wrinkles emergence, marks on the
leather, accidents, improper use or any
alteration, accidents, or repair carried out by
Parties other than the products "Owners".
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Upon delivery, the Customer has the
RESPONSIBILITY to report any discrepancies with
the requested order or the integrity of the
products WITHIN 8 working days from the
delivery date, after which the goods will be
considered accepted without reservation. Any
CLAIMS for discrepancies in quantities, models,
and/or colors and/or visible defects must be
sent to Futura roma brand "Owners" an email to
info@futura-roma.comWITHIN 8 working
days from the receipt of the goods,
indicating the claim reason, attached photos, a
copy of the delivery note and the delivery
receipt, if issued. Failure to report within
this period will result in the Customer's rights
being forfeited as the goods will be deemed to
have been accepted as per the order and free
from defects, and NO PRODUCTS RETURN with a
request for repair or replacement will be
ALLOWED, except in exceptional cases that will
be evaluated and pre-authorized in writing by
the brand "Owners".
Products return can only take place
AFTER the written communication from the brand
"Owners" authorizing the return, who reserve the
right not to accept goods in the absence of such
communication. The SHIPPING COSTS related to the
GOODS RETURN are borne by the Customer, unless
different agreements in writing between the
Parties. The RETURN DELIVERY NOTE must contain
references to the return authorization, as well
as the original delivery note.
